Probably the worst customer service absolutely avoid this dealership. We purchased a brand new rv from them and have had issues arise that were factory defects and they were not willing to offer any assistance. I have purchased trailers from other dealers and they were immediately on it to have it repaired. I cannot stress enough to purchase somewhere else!!!
We started our search for a new Motorhome. After looking at other dealerships we went into Traveland Minards in Weyburn. Was greeted by Tammy Bell who was very helpful, professional and low pressure. Tammy did an exceptional job of trying to find us what we were looking. Ultimately we ended up ordering one straight from factory. Any questions we had, Tammy would get us the answers. We are very pleased with the service and the service man that did our repairs. He worked quickly and efficiently. Very pleasant. We have always been pleased with Minards. We have purchased 3 campers from them.
Service has went to shit, I've called a handful of times to get a/c replaced. 2 weeks later haven't got anywhere!
