After contacting you 4 times on-line with no reply we ended up buying in Winnipeg.
We can’t say enough about Minards. Finally!!! Friendly, professional, accommodating and patient! Not pushy at all! Truly a breath of fresh air! It was a bit of a process as we live 4 hours away but Tamara worked with us every step of the way. We did video calls a few times, even after hours. Tamara was…….AWESOME! She took the time (several times lol) to answer all our questions. She even had a factory rep from the plant where they make Grand Design RVs contact me directly to go over a few things. Let’s put it this way, she’s in Weyburn, and we live in Saskatoon. And we drove all the way down there just to deal with her. The rest of the Minards’s team that we dealt with didn’t disappoint either. We highly recommend this business, and Tamara!
2024 bought a hybrid rv from Minards and first camp out and it rained, had major leaking. Fought with shop over multiple phone calls about the issue. Finally get it in to be looked at and they stated they "tested" multiple times with water showers but now we are in 2025 and camping in rain and low and behold....it still leaks. Not surprised. Will never buy there again and dont recommend to anyone else either.
