I have dealt with Minards for parts for 8 years or so. Everytime I allways receive informed advice in a genuine friendly manner - old school service. Discuss the issues..I get a parts diagram and quote emailed within a couple of hours. Order the parts- they are sent express that day. Can't speak highly enough of Toby. Recently I emailed re repowering with Toby who put me onto Amy who I first spoke to those 8 years ago when she was in parts division...Anyhoo..Amy answered all my MANY questions via email THAT EVENING..even tho... read more
The company sent me the wrong damper plate, which damaged my gearbox. When I called during a mechanical emergency, I was told they could not call me back until they had completed their privacy checks. Sending a critical drivetrain component that is incorrect and then failing to provide timely support when the mistake causes serious problems is simply incompetent. The handling of this issue fell well below any reasonable standard of customer service. I would not recommend this company.
