Since Jan 2021, I have been dealing with Long COVID symptoms that were mostly under control. Then in Dec 2023 I got COVID again and developed new symptoms. Dr. V has been very helpful in assessing my health concerns. Even though the primary focus is towards root cause medicine, she has offered diverse solutions and is asking out of the box questions to understand more about my lifestyle. She focuses on finding natural but modern ways to align my body, mind, and spirit!
I absolutely would NOT recommend her. The cost of her visit is exorbitant for what she offers and if you DO NOT pay her 2nd visit ahead of time, forget getting ANY response. Most concerning was that after loading me with $300 + of supplements in addition to the $2,300 paid for 2 visits!! I am pretty convinced that the supplements caused a significant spike in my TOTAL and LDL cholesterol - LDL went from 50 to 115!!! I am a high risk patient due to genetic predisposition. Do not recommend - she charges an exorbitant amount and the staff/results do not match the price. There are much better holistic and functional doctors in the NJ/NYC area.
Dr V is the real deal. She has helped me tremendously over the past year. I was miserable, thought I was dying and she got me on the path to health with a change in my diet and supplements - I am down 30 lbs just from dietary changes alone, have much more energy and I am currently reversing my auto immune condition.
