One month ago we scheduled an appointment for our son, who is 17. Today they called us on THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT to cancel, telling us they don't see patients under 18. It's pure incompetence to let someone suffer for an extra month over what should have been an straightforward disqualification. (And it's not like he's 6. At that point you'd think they could have made an exception since it was their mistake.)
