My saga with Dr. Sun is much too long to write here but I will say this... her billing office is beyond incompetent and she will bill you for mistakes that THEY made. She's also insanely rude and a liar, and would rather blame the insurance company to cover herself and her office than to own up and apologize. She even attempted to drop me as a patient because I didn't pay a balance on my account that was NEVER my responsibility. Is that even legal? Dr Sun doesn’t waste your time with a bunch of fluffy talk, she tells it like it is. She is a genius when it comes to medicating your loved one and treating them with the best care available. She saved my mother‘s life and I am truly thankful. She is the one to call when you feel like there is no hope.
