Always cancelling appointments through text, not even by phone. Then rescheduling months out. Staff uncaring and unhelpful. If they cancel, they should be responsible for finding another appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Not months out. Go somewhere else. I know my children will...
Hygenists were great but we had to switch to another practice that had dentists that were far better with scared children because Dr Kalali had no patience with my daughter that was terrified of the dentist. Yelling at children doesn't calm them down. Would not recommend.
She was exceptional with my 3 children
Love this dentist, just would have been nice to know of new location before taking my 3 kids on bus to get there and find an empty office. I had to call the office and tell them I was at old location, and then was informed about recent move. I hope my update gets added so people can find the office easier than I did. Other than that.. awesome dentist and hygienists as well...all the staff are amazing. All three of my kids go here.. takes a bit for appointments because they are quite full..they are booking two months out righ... read more
