Had a few major attacks that i thought could be gallstones so i reached out to see dr. Elnemr who scheduled me for ultrasound bloodwork and endoscopy. After finally getting my appointment to review the test i was told there was nothing wrong with me other than i just have heartburn. Dr Elnemr was not at the office at the time of my appointment, and the office staff did not provide warning about the delay until asked. All patients were told we could see his NP, or reschedule since they were unsure when/if he would actually show up to see patients. As a new patient, I finally saw Dr Elnemr after 2 hours of waiting, and in this appointment he proceeded to respond to a message on his cell phone while I was describing my symptoms.
