I rented a 10 X 20 here for about a year. Being in the open desert it became a bit dusty inside when the wind blew strongly, but this is to be expected in this area. I used a leaf blower occasionally. The pricing was more than 30% less than other facilities in the area for no apparent reason, so I was on a waiting list for a couple of weeks before I got in.
