Its not very well maintained
The guy who owns the place is off his rocker. I show up interested in living there and as soon as I get out of my car he asks what I'm doing there. I say I'm there to check it out. He says, "Don't come in here checking sh!t out". I really dont understand how I was supposed to inquire...
