I appreciate Dr. Ku, as she takes time to answer your questions, and she does not make you feel rushed. Side note: I didn't have a good experience with the two receptionist, Celeste and Cindy on August 11, 2026. I felt disrespected and belittled the way I was questioned about my medical insurance.
The Doctors and Staff at ENT and Allergy Associates are very cordial and extraordinarily professional. Starting at the front desk and all the through to your appointment, they are pleasant. They listen to you. And you feel as though they are genuinely looking at for you as opposed to just moving people in and out. Dr. Ku is an amazing Doctor who has helped me get my allergies under control. This was my first appointment with Dr Ku and she is very nice and thorough. I've suffered for a long time with an allergy to something and I feel she will be the one who finds out what it is and how to deal with it. Dr Ku came highly recommended by my new dermatologist Dr Katherine Evans at Hungington Pike in Huntingdon Valley, PA.
Dr. Ku listened to my concerns. She gave me lots of time. Dr. Ku is knowledgeable and supportive!
