Min was helping us find our dream home. She was always there for us, explained everything related to the purchase process clearly, and was diving really deep into the building documentation and all the nitty gritty details. I was originally asked not to leave a review, but after years of seeing only 5 star ratings, I feel obligated to share my honest experience with Min Kim. A close family member was seriously ill overseas, and instead of handling the situation with care and integrity, it felt like the circumstances were taken advantage of once Min Kim stepped in to manage the estate sale.
