Please stay away from this company, they are a bunch of liars and incompetent. Also stay away from the real estate agent Jim Partridge with Advance Realty that feeds them clients, both have poor communication and are unethical , unprofessional. I have bought and sold 2 homes and have never experienced such a circus of clowns.
