Absolute gem kind of hidden away near the UMN St. Paul campus. Excellent food at great prices, good coffee, good dessert and great atmosphere. On top of that the employees are always friendly and the owners are courteous and professional as well. Highly recommend Mims!
Portions were a really good size and food was great.

This spot is a great find if you're looking for a comfortable place to grab coffee, get a solid meal, and actually find space to study or work. While the interior is definitely on the older, slightly worn side, that just adds to its relaxed, homey charm. A nice bonus is the local art displayed throughout the dining area, all of which is for sale and gives the space a lot of character and community feel.
