Cakes Their cakes are THE BEST for flavor, presentation and always a remarkable crowd pleaser. EXCELLENT! Once you've had the Citron Framboise, you'll be hooked for life.
Yummy! I got my wedding cake from Mim's. Melissa the owner was great to work with! We did a dessert bar and she knew about how much to order and she did the delivery and set up (for a fee) but it was well worth the peace of mind. Walking into the reception hall and seeing the gorgeous desserts was so nice! Tasting the desserts was even better:). I would definitely recommend Mim's for any occastion!
MIMS BAKERY The Best in all Northern California, truely GREAT! Mim's has been a Chico business for nearly 20 years. It is the first mentioned as best bakery when asked by anyone who lives in the area. Mim's has signature items and they specialize in cakes, truffles, mini-desserts and cookies.
