Wow. What a great brunch. I would have taken a picture but we ate it up too quickly. Wonderful coffee. Amazing Benny. The potatoes are to die for. Those Spanish eggs are chefs kiss. So yummy. Owner is so lovely. Jasmine was the sweetest. 10/10
We had a wonderful breakfast at Mimosas today. The four in our party had the lemon-blueberry waffle which was beyond delicious, the avocado toast (+ egg & bacon) which was amazing, and the Croque Madame & breakfast sandwich on brioche were also delicious. The service was great and the atmosphere/decor is very charming. I would definitely recommend a visit to Mimosas if you’re in the Eugene or Coburg area!
For my Birthday, my kids took me to Mimosas in Coburg. Our Server Kara was beyond wonderful. The place is cuter than cute. The garden patio is huge & lovely. The food made us all so happy, we want to go back immediately. In transparency, the Soup of the day got sent back, because my adult twin Daughters didn't care for the overpowering shrimp flavor. My husband and I went to celebrate our 20th year anniversary. We wanted a clean and cute atmosphere because most breakfast joints are a little divy, not bad just not the vibe. Mimosas was gorgeous, we are on the secret garden patio and it was exactly what I was hoping for. The biscuits in the eggs Benedict were so fluffy and perfect and the hollandaise was flavorful and buttery. Literally mouth watering as I write this. The drinks are super tasty and it's fun to get a little day drunk. 10/10 definitely recommend.
