Elizabeth was so sweet and welcoming. We went over the paperwork and areas I wanted to focus and avoid during my massage. She offered alternative options to the places I wanted to avoid. She also mentioned other services in the future that I might want to try like her TMJ massage. I came in feeling achey and overall bad (as I was in a flare)—I walked out feeling like a new person. It was one of the best massages I've had in a long time. I'm pretty picky because I like a deep tissue massage and usually I'm disappointed. Amanda did a great job. My neck and shoulders have felt noticeably better since my massage.
