I don’t believe in leaving bad reviews but I knew that something had to be said. Just went there yesterday took my son and daughter. As soon as we get there it’s an altercation. A man brought his wife. She was of color but he was not. She said there over an hour without even being spoken to. Everyone else coming in after her services and left before her. Tegan did good. She did my daughter's nails okay. We seemed a little rushed and wasn't sure what exactly we wanted. My daughter is having a major surgery and I just wanted to have a girls day to make her moment special. We waited for 45 minutes to be seen. We got seated but no water was added nothing. We waited even longer after. I kept trying to tell her what I wanted but she insisted on what SHE wanted for my child. The job was rushed. I’m so glad I stopped paying boutique prices when I can get better results here. The craftsmanship is excellent and the price is very sensible.
Hannah was very nice and thorough when doing my pedicure. She took her time and I also enjoyed that she engaged with me while taking care of me. I will definitely come back again and ask for Hannah!
Hannah gave me the best pedicure! She was so accommodating with me wanting a specific color. She was personable, nice, respectful, and was just amazing at her job. She only does pedicures and it shows. It was the best pedicure I’ve ever had!
