We started talking to sales executive from January and finalized the sales contract in February and paid initial deposit on February 7th. They told the site cost is fixed site cost. After that it took a long time to the studio appointment and finally got the studio colour appointment on 27/05/2026 (3 months with no action) After that one month later still today (30/06/2026) final contract is not ready.
