I’ve visited Mimosa several times, and unfortunately, most of my experiences have been disappointing. The food was generally good, especially the salmon and sushi, but the service was consistently rude and rushed. Servers would drop plates and immediately walk away without asking if everything was okay or even giving us a moment. I went here today, 9/6/26, for lunch (around 1). There were bugs crawling on the walls. Our service was awful as our waitress would ask a question and walk away without letting us answer. She also never came to check on us after we received our food and waited for awhile before getting our bill which she then complained that she split (without asking) and would have to put the items on one receipt again.
