I am unsure of how there are glowing reviews for this place. The selection seemed great… if they’d let me see it. I walked in and was the only person there while there were two people moving stuff around on forklifts. I found someone else in the office who dismissively told me “it’s out there” when asked where the wood I was looking for was. Overall, they were condescending and quite frankly rude. Ordered a total of 10 sheets of plywood for paintable grade birch. Was able to easily setup delivery to my home over the phone. They worked with me on the timing to make sure I could have someone at the house. Excellent customer service! Plywood was all exactly as specified and in great condition with no flaws to the eye. Will order from again!
Randall helped me choose the correct wood for a project and set up delivery, all sight unseen with no delays. Very helpful and respectful. Highly recommend!!
