What a surprise On my first visit I wasn't very hungry, which is a bad time to think italian food, butr a friend had invited me and I didn' want to say no. I rather jokingly asked the waiter if he thought the chef woul prepare something not on the menu. He went to inquire and came back with a yes and what did I want. Love it! I've lived in the same neighborhood with Mimmos for years and I'm happy to say that it's always the same. The service, the food... they have the BEST Alfredo with Chicken! Yum! You want a chain restaurant go somewhere else. You want to be treated like family.. go to Mimmos!
Best veak Ive had in a while – What a place! My step- dad is Sicilian, and said that he had one of the best pieces of veal he ever had. I agree with him. I keep missing the buffet, but the other dishes Ive had were great.

Best Italian Food – I have been here in Albuquerque since 92 and first found Mimmos then and still continue to dine there often. Must say that they bring the East coast flavor to the desert. A lot of places of places brag about NY style but they don't compare to Mimmos. Great food, service, atmosphere. If you have never been to NY and tasted real Italian food then you must visit Mimmos.
