I cannot say enough wonderful things about MIMIT, Dr. George, and the entire team. From the moment you walk through the doors, you immediately feel cared for. There is never a sense of being rushed. The front desk staff and the entire team are always welcoming, smiling, and genuinely kind. That alone tells you a lot about the culture of the practice. Office was immaculate, staff was kind, helpful and went the extra mile for me making me comfortable while I waited out the day while my family member had a procedure. My family member was treated with compassion and professionalism. The procedure outcome was explained to me and instructions for after care were clear. Transportation was taken care of and we had no wait for our pick up. Staff was excellent!!! I had no contact with the physician one on one, so I can't give a comment there. Thus, the 4/5 stars.
