Had a vascular procedure last month and provider was fantastic — explained everything, zero rush, and the place was spotless. Even receive a call couple days later to check on me. Rare to find care like this anymore. Thank you for the care!!
They are removing honest reviews! It definitely should be way less than this one star. Starting from the beginning, their main waiting room smells bad with cigarettes smoke. They didn’t let my wife to go with me, so I had to lay down, looking at empty chair by my side waiting for the surgery. My heart rate was 110 bpm, and my blood pressure was 165/115, so they asked me why I’m stressed... they actually were mad at me that they have to measure it again. This receptionist is not very friendly or seems to be reluctant with assistance. Tried to ask her for my resident escort’s DOB to schedule or verify appointment drop-off/pick-up information and she was refusing to provide me the information upon request. Also when I had asked to check on the status of patient, she had an attitude when replying back and as well as when responding by a snarky comment of, “Um, can I help you?” Would not recommend having someone such as this as my front desk staff to greet my clients.
Dr. George Antonopoulos and everyone at MIMIT Health are absolutely amazing to work with. I’ve never felt so comfortable or cared for at a doctor’s office. Thank you all for everything!
Great customer service very friendly nurse practitioner and the best part is everything done in clinic its save me lots of time let’s hope Dr chopra procedure help my sister get her blood flow back in her legs I send here for reason let’s hope everything works out for me amen
