The place is very nice, upscale decor, clean, reasonable priced. Amy does great pedicures!
She does Not have very good business sense... she has no clue about what customer service is; & in such a customer service based business like this, that's bad! At my very 1st visit she charged me for services that she did not provide for me claiming it was allowed as part of her "posted policy". I tried to work something out with her but she just absolutely refused to make it right. –so because I was 13 minutes late (because my cat had to go to the vet for an EMERGENCY!
