For the second time, I haven't been satisfied with my gel manicure. This last time there were too many short cuts taken. There was no use of cuticle creme used. Only dry cutting of the cuticles, which hurt a lot. I doubt that the equipment was sanitized or sterilized. The station was still soiled from the previous customer.
