This was my second stop on my search for the perfect wedding dress and the second we walked in we were immediately underwhelmed. Lovely dresses! On point with her look and price point. But our service was not great. My daughter had very little help in the dressing room. Other shops had the bridal consultant/attendant helping get the dresses on and off. (It is a tiring process) They also were warmer/ had friendlier personalities. She was not very "open" to our planner who was with us and quite experienced with dresses. Wonderful customer service! Although I wasn't able to find something available and didn't get a chance to go in-store, their stylists were extremely helpful and transparent with my search for a specific style black bridal gown. This is definitely a bridal store that isn't looking to only sell dresses, they are there to help the bride find her perfect gown even if it means being honest and saying that specific thing isn't available. This store still has MANY styles for all occasions and I highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience working with Lexi to find my dream dress. I had seen a dress on a designer's website that I loved and had Mimi's listed as stocking the dress. When I reached out, the dress was actually only in their STL store but they kindly offered to ship it to KC for a small fee so that I could try it locally. Before the appointment, Lexi called me to discuss my vision for my wedding, my dress and budget to ensure we could have a productive appointment. Today we came in to look for prom dress for my sons girlfriend. Our stylist was amazing and made for a wonderful experience. Mallory was extremely kind , patient and extremely helpful.
