I was directed to Mimi's from White Weddings, the local bridal boutique. I needed a wedding dress on relatively short notice, and I didn't fit into the few dresses at WW that I liked. Mimi's sells mostly pre-owned wedding and prom dresses at very reasonable prices. While I was there, the owner was extremely helpful- grabbing dresses, making suggestions, and generally doing whatever we needed.
