Do NOT book with Ana if you have 4c or Afro textured hair. My experience with Ana was horrible. To begin, she was about 20-30 minutes late for the appointment. She did text me to let me know that she was running behind schedule, but it wasn’t a great way to start the appointment. Within a few minutes of her working on my hair, it was very clear that she didn’t have the proper tools or knowledge on how to properly detangle my hair. I had an appointment at MiMi's Braids for their July knotless braid special. Upon arrival I was greeting by MiMi, Ana and one other young lady that was doing hair. All three were very kind and professional. The appointment before mine ran a few mins over but no big deal. Ana finished my hair very quickly and it came out beautiful. There's no tension or pain with these braids. I will be definitely return in the near future!

Mimi went above and beyond during my appointment with her. She was fast and gentle. She communicated throughout the whole process to make sure I was satisfied. Definitely recommend!

So unprofessional she made me come all the way to her shop after booking an appointment for 3 ppl just to turn us around said to come later on that night then text and said come tomorrow last but not least stop answering never text back smh btw I found a great braider not only better but more professional I’ll Never sit in her shop let alone her chair smh so rude!!!!
