RecommendedWe were visiting our grandkids that live here in Altoona and our fur baby Reef who is four years old has never been away away from us. Sherry worked with us so that we could spend the days with our boy and returned him at night. We could tell by how excited he was to return that he was well cared for in our absence. Mimi is wonderful. we always took our Golden Retriver Izzy to Mimi's Always interaction and attention for the pets. Izzy crossed Rainbow Bridge last June, she loved Mimi. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
We have been taking our cockapoos to Mimi’s for a few years now. I’m always very pleased with the care they get. Had to take them to another kennel last year as Mimi’s was full. While he was very nice...my dogs smelled horrible and their beds were completely soaked ! Just what I wanted to do after 6 or 7 hours of travel....come home and bathe dogs 😖. My boy is having eye issues and needs a lot of care. His eyes were perfect when we picked them up. Hope Mimi doesn’t plan on retiring any time soon !
Mimi made my dog Max feel very welcomed and comfortable at her boarding. I was leaving for my brother's wedding for two weeks and I was about to bring Max to a different boarding until a friend warned me beforehand about it. Then I came here and I am glad he enjoyed it. He made a doggy friend, he was happy, and when I came to pick him up today, he was healthy and the look on his face told me he enjoyed it there. So if you're looking for a boarding that will take care of your dog, then I highly recommend taking them here!
We have been taking our babies to Mimi’s for yrs. we would not go anywhere else. The care and love they give is priceless. Joan makes you feel like family. Her helpers & Sherry are the best! We are so blessed to have them all in our lives.
I have a seventeen year old poodle that is mostly blind and deaf. She is arthritic and can be very snappy. She has 4 back teeth in her mouth. I was unsure about leaving her. I went away for six days and called to check on her. She adjusted very well and was eating like a piggie. That in itself says a lot. She was well taken care of and I know that I would definitely take her to Mimi’s Bed and Biscuit again. Thank you to the staff🤗
