Really bad service, they dont reply like EVER. I really have a bad experince with them seriously dont waste your time here.
I’ve been a patient here for five years, and unfortunately, I’ve consistently had negative experiences with the front reception staff. They lack professionalism, can be dismissive and unhelpful, and make simple interactions unnecessarily difficult. After five years of similar experiences, this is clearly not an isolated issue. The front desk needs significant improvement in professionalism and patient service.
