I’m truly sad to leave this clinic after over 30 years. My family has been coming here since my kids were young, and under Dr. Keyfitz and Dr. Douglas, the care was always genuine and trustworthy. Since the clinic was sold and the new owner and staff took over, our experience has changed for the worse. I’ve always had my appointments every 6 months, and they always started right on time. Sad to see myself leave this dentist - I came to Dr.Mark after my childhood dentist retired and came to him because my husband and his family had been going there for years. Dr. Mark and his staff were amazing! Unfortunately in the last few months the dental office has completely changed. A new owner came in and essentially everyone from the original staff has been let go. They don’t seem to care about introducing themselves to their patients or forming a connection.
