Excellent service
Disappointed! I asked if they could remove a wisdom tooth, I was told yes but if for some reason they could not help me they would not charge me. After my consultation, she wanted to refer me to an oral surgeon. The dentist would not give me a reason why she could not help me (ignoring my questions) and they charged my insurance. I felt dismissed. There are many other dentists in the neighbourhood.
I’m truly sad to leave this clinic after over 30 years. My family has been coming here since my kids were young, and under Dr. Keyfitz and Dr. Douglas, the care was always genuine and trustworthy. Since the clinic was sold and the new owner and staff took over, our experience has changed for the worse. I’ve always had my appointments every 6 months, and they always started right on time. I had an excellent experience at the Mimico Dental , I hadn’t teeth filled and I had my teeth stained removed and clean. The staff are so welcoming and nice . I recommend
