I wanted a trim. I said I want my hair cut as less as possible so we agreed on over an inch. She asked if I wanted some layers, and I said yes. Bi instead chopped a whole chunk off. I am so crushed with the final result. The second photo was taken 2 days ago for reference. Possibly the worst cut I have had in years, if not ever. genuinely crushed by the final result.
Amazing people here, Roy is the one always cutting my hair, very professional, very detailed, annie the owner are very kind, easy going and will definitely take care of your appointment always.
