I went in for a medium wolf cut with red highlights and they completely butchered it. They cut it way too short and gave me these chunky, dirty blonde highlights instead of the red ones I asked for. The whole experience was a disaster; they didn't listen to me at all and still charged me $400 for it. It was such a waste of money and I definitely wouldn't recommend going there.
I got a trim from the guy and i was super happy with how it came out since normally i get super messed up haircuts. this guy knew exactly what he was doing, and it was dirt cheap.
I went in to get a layered haircut and keep my length, and I told them I didn't wanna cut too much and we agreed on cutting off about 3/4 of an inch. They ended up cutting it very short probably way over 3/4 of an inch. However I ended up liking the cut and the hairdressers seem very experienced and they know what they're doing. But they need to work on giving the customers exactly what they want. I ended up liking the haircut but I am just very upset about how much hair they cut off.
