Great Italian-American food in a nice little town!
What a great place. Our server Kate was wonderful, i wish all server were like her, super friendly and helpful great sense of humor. The portions were plentiful and delicious. This is not only one of the best restaurants up north, it could be best restaurants where ever it was. This is a must place to eat. Recommend reservation.
If I could negative stars I would. The customer service at this Italian restaurant was extremely disappointing. The general manager was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and dismissive, making an already unpleasant experience even worse. A manager should set the standard for excellent customer service, but his attitude showed a complete lack of respect for customers. I’m extremely disappointed with how I was treated at this restaurant\. When I arrived, I approached the host stand to ask about the wait after it had been over 20 minutes\. I was told that the table we were waiting for had already been checked out for over an hour and that the guests were simply still sitting there\. This is not the type of restaurant I would expect to see in Grayling: upscale Italian dining at its best! Very nice wine selection along with a menu that has some typical Italian dishes but also some nice surprises. The cherry chutney bruschetta was imaginative and delicious.
