Not at all happy! I went there this morning for a pedicure and the woman doing it cut the skin around my nail enough to make it bleed. I yelped in pain but she didn't apologize. When she poured some substance on it that felt like battery acid and I complained she just laughed and said 'that doesn't hurt" It DID hurt lady - it hurt a LOT! I stopped the pedicure at that point and to add insult to injury they tried to charge me full price!!
