The worst experience I've had getting a massage, this was supposed to be relaxing and it wasn't. . First when I walked in no one was there to greet me I had to wait for someone to acknowledge me at the front desk after ringing a bell , the lady helping me was very rude. I told her I booked an appointment on class pass for a certain time and they approved it. She said that she didn't speak English and couldn't help me and that I should contact my massage therapist. I went dallas and found the shop, the lady was so nice and decoration was very beautiful,I did head therapy,Emily did very professional and nice job for me!I will coming back 100%
I checked my bank account and saw charges from Mimi Massage. When I called to ask about the charges the man on the phone said don't call us again. And before I could ask about the $243.20 charge on my debit card the man hung up on me. Horrible Horrible place - DO NOT GO HERE!!!
