I have been having chronic headaches for months, along with neck and back pain. I waited months to see Dr. Dang and was rescheduled once by her office., and she only spent five minutes with me and made $400 dollars from me, before referring me to pain management because I refused to do neck injections. I told her I didn't want injections, as injections are just a band aid. I'd like for us to find the real problem and not to just numb the pain. The Doctor is wonderful but the receptionist (her name is C…) is so RUDE. She keep looking at the computer all the time we talk to her. What’s on her computer that makes her glue to it? We feel like she just wants us to leave.
Dr. Dang left me feeling seen, heard, and validated. The attentiveness to my history and my concerns is something that honestly almost brought me to tears. Thank you for your great service and putting humanity at the forefront of what you do! Take care.
She is Good doctor. The staff are lacking of smiles.
They never answer the phone and if they do the office will leave you on hold forever
