My daughter & I have been braiding here for years. Always been professional and on time. The braiders are quite versatile in a lot of styles. Highly recommend
I rarely leave reviews ( in fact this is my first), but I have to share my experience so that others know what to expect. When I arrived, I was quoted a different price than my friend, even though we got the same hairstyle. Once the staff saw my hair, which reaches my upper back, they immediately began complaining about its length and texture. Great people but bad service not only was the 180 hoax but I was definitely there more than five hours doing my hair. Only to end up with something I did not like they miscommunicated with me twice. I asked for my hair to be at least by my waist not longer and she cut it to where my bra is. 🤦♀️ I couldn’t have been more upset that they had to add more hair and I left tired/ annoyed. I was really excited to try this place my sister recommended. I called the day before to ask about pricing, parking, and the earliest time, and was told 6:30am. I made sure to be there on time, especially being 9 months pregnant and wanting braids before going into labor. I arrived at 6:30am for a walk-in, but the shop was still closed.
