The service is terrible, I arrived at 8:30 to be serviced at approximately 10. I get it, it’s the weekend. However, I feel like everyone is taking breaks every five minutes instead of having cohesiveness and ensuring that breaks are taken at an appropriate time so customers are not sitting there waiting. Needs to be more focus on getting people out of there in a timely manner. 02/10 I will not be returning and someone needs to take the time to clean the shop. The lazy Braider and the roaches not worth my drive
The hair turned out fine , but service is a 2/10. They'll eat in between doing your hair & stop your hair to do someone else's. Thy literally take so many breaks in between it's ridiculous. Also more than likely talk bad about you in french, and because I happen to understand, I I will never come back here.
They don’t listen to what you ask for, I showed pictures of the “medium” knotless I wanted, which they call medium large. I received medium parts with smedium braids and was told it was a miscommunication nothing could be done. They just all about money.
The ladies are nice & friendly. But tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I got my hair done and my hair already looks a month old. I have soft hair and my braids keep slipping out. I went 2 days ago and got some braids placed back in my hair and the braider re-braid a few braids.It was this one braid in my hair that was holding on for dear life in the middle of my hair but the braider decided not to take that one out and re-braid it , instead she braided the end of the braid and that braid slipped out this morning along with anoth... read more
first red flag I walked in the shop said good afternoon all the ladies looked at me. second my braider kept taking breaks i could’ve been out of the shop an hour earlier if she didn’t. they are too busy in their phones instead of braiding when im spending all this money
