Sheila is the most miserable person I’ve ever met. Very rude and inconvenienced at everything, including my appointment. Screwed up my hair and had to redo and it’s still not right.

I’ve been going to this place since 2020 and they have been my saving grace! They have saved my hair when my blonde was turning orange, box dyed my hair to green by accident, and a few horrible haircuts from other hair salons. The whole team is AMAZING! Mimi and Sheila are the only people I trust with my bangs. I always feel hella confident every time I step out! I’ve recommended this place to so many people and every single of them said they love this place as well!

I just had a great experience at Mimi Salon in Culver City. The space is super clean and professional, but it was Shu who really made the visit. He’s incredibly zen and gave some really honest, insightful advice on what my hair actually needed. What impressed me most was that he did the entire cut with scissors—most places I go just rely on clippers, so seeing that level of talent and craftsmanship was awesome. After getting a balayage 5 months ago, I was excited to return back especially because I wanted a fresh look for my birthday. I immediately started getting scolded by Sheila when I was kindly expressing my vision to her. I was confused to why I was being talked to so negatively. She had a con to every request I had.
