They canceled my appointment after I showed up because they said they were too afraid to cut my bangs because the cut is too straight. A hair stylist canceling because they are afraid to cut your hair does not reflect well on their ability to cut hair, especially for that price. It's so unprofessional to cancel on someone like that after I booked in advance and arrived early, if it were the other way around and I canceled last minute I would be charged the full amount. Was charged more for a balyage than the price listed on the website. Haircut is not what I asked for and my hair is shorter than what I agreed to. It is not bad but it is not what I asked for and more expensive than anticipated.
