Mimi was very kind, patient, and caring. She would share her own personal experiences that helped with my personal experiences. She would always give me a hug, make me feel welcome and comfortable. I felt like she was 100% trustworthy. I was saddened to only see her for a short period of time; I wish I could go back. Unfortunately my insurance does not allow that anymore. She was always available for me!
