Disappointed to be presented my click and collect in a used wrinkled snap lock bag.
Absolutely annoyed and devastated. My husband bought me a backpack from Mimco worth $300. Within 4 months of owning it the zipper stopped working. I went to see the ladies at Mimco and I was told that it is normal wear and tear, they aren't responsible for it. I should take it to a tailor and get the zipper replaced. Extremely unhelpful. I will never purchase another Mimco product again. Disappointing
Nice staff to whom I have picked up my online order from. But…. I got the designer necklace with a plastic ziplock. So cheap, couldn’t even invest with a paper bag. Are you profiling your customers because there is no way I have just picked up a product with a cheap plastic packaging. Nope. Not again.
I went into store on Saturday to exchange my online purchases & I was greeted by Jess, I believe she went above and beyond to help me find the correct styles for me. Thank you Jess amazing customer service.
