Unfriendly unhelpful staff. They don't value the custom, and don't the products they sell.
I placed order online, and did click & collect, whoever served me on the counter, was bit off. No customer service whatsoever. Did not even put any efforts to wrap the bag, put it in the plastic and hand over me. it was gift for someone anyway. Staff is rude, No smile at all. They should know how to serve a client and its not someone who was 18, it was Lady probably in her 60s. Never coming back to this store again.
Very poor customer service staff I’m never come again
This review is purely based on professional customer service and how customers should be treated during their shopping experience... My boyfriends birthday present to me this year was a Mimco wallet. I love the Mimco brand and have always been impressed with their designs and quality of their products. Last Sunday (14th April) we decided to visit the Miranda store to browse around the wallet section to see what current stock was available. Staff were very helpful and mimcos company policy is great. Unfortunately my AirPod case I had been gifted was faulty and I lost an airbud. Staff were empathetic and able to assist in replacing the case without a receipt. Hopefully it was just a faulty one 🤞🏼
