Worst customer service ever! Found a bag that we would've liked to buy but the salesperson there made us decide not to buy from there. Horrible experience.
Worst Customer service ever, purchased a watch pre stores closing down due to covid and was assured that I can come in and get the watch resized by them at no additional cost since it was a gift for my mum. When I came back the staff memeber names Celine was soo rude and sharp with her tone. Not sympathetic and rudely informed me to pay a get it resized outside despite the fact I was told by this very same store that there should be no issue. WILL NOT be spending my money no longer with this store.
