Staff are inexperienced and unhelpful. Walked in and asked for a particular item. Sorry we don't have sale stock here. So I did a click and collect. Went to walk out of the shopping centre. 20 min later your click and collect is ready. When I questioned this. Was told not sure why she said that, the sale stock is out the back.
