I went to Joondaloop store today to have a look one of the baby bag, but there was none on display so I looked at something similar but the inside feature is different. I went to the kiosk at Joondalup today to buy earrings for my grand daughter. There was a lovely young girl on the counter and a grumpy woman about 50 with her hair in a bun who took over the sale. Her body language was appalling, she slammed the earrings on the counter asked if they were a gift I said yes, as she was wrapping them I asked if the price was still on them she huffed and puffed unwrapped them scored the price with white out slamming them again on the counter I asked have I done something to upset you, she didn’... read more
I called at the Joondalup kiosk today to purchase some earrings for my friend’s birthday. There was an elderly lady in front of me also buying some earrings. The girl on the counter was the rudest person I have ever seen working in retail. She threw the earrings down on the counter and was so rude to the elderly lady that the lady said “ oh sorry love, have I upset you?” It’s the second time I’ve had a bad experience there. I work in the centre and was getting a coffee before work started, time was 5 minutes before shops open at 9. Whilst waiting for my order to be made I decided to look on the Mimco stand and was rudely told they weren’t open and to come back. I certainly won’t after that comment, I was purely looking not asking for service.
Not loving the service and attitude at this store, I got so annoying. Went to Mimco in Myer instead and got served by a more friendly staff there
