Absolute predators, rich people praying upon poor people by putting boots on their vehicles and charging 167 dollars to get the boot off even if you go to another business in an adjacent parking lot and the other parking lot is owned by them doesn't matter this is a scam on the good people of El Paso. They literally have enough money to pay people to watch their parking lots with cameras and then report to other people with boots in hand stationed in the parking lot.
