Did some Xmas shopping at Mimco Eastland shopping centre & picked up a Click n Collect online order. Found some great quality gifts at affordable prices. Easy accessibility and polite customer service too.
I love mimco buy so much but today easter Monday different story one girl on she was attending to a customer but did not greet or acknowledge any other customer that walked in the door so I left I wanted to get a few things I may go back and see if the service is any better
The store manager needs to improve her customer services skills, she made me feel like she couldn’t be bothered helping me every time I have on in .
I’m not sure what the ladies name was earlier this morning she was shorter and brunette. It was the most enjoyable shopping experience I have ever had. She was so thorough with ensuring I loved the jewellery I was buying and gave her opinion without being invasive. I don’t ever leave reviews but I really felt the need to today after my experience because I was so impressed with the service it made my entire day 🥰
