I went to Mimco Chadstone on 22/10/25. I was just browsing around, trying to find something nice for my relatives. I wasn’t deciding to buy anything at first because the products are a bit pricey (though they’re super cute and high quality). Yet, I was assisted by Dani. She was so kind and helpful. On the 11/07/24 I bought a gift set and was assisted by Chloe, who had a negative attitude and seemed unhappy to be working. She forgot to remove the security tag from the earrings, which I only discovered when I got home. On 12/07/24 at Fountain Gate Myer Mimco, I encountered Layla, who was extremely unhelpful. Her customer service was appalling; she couldn't remove the security tag because my receipt incorrectly listed as umbrella instead of the gift set (another mistake by Chloe).
