I’ve been online shopping for so long that I’ve forgotten how nice it is to go into a store especially when you have great customer service staff. Jay-Lee and Mai were so helpful, friendly and efficient.

So happy with my purchased
Walked in. Sales assistant judges you off the bat. Looked at me didn’t bother to address me or attempt service. I had to ask for assistance otherwise would’ve been just ignored. Not bothering again.
I wanted to buy a bag and some jewelry today, but the staff were busy chatting to each other, and they ignored me from the time I walked in until I left
