I would like to make a special callout to Ashley. She was a delight to deal with. Knowledgeable, friendly, authentic and just a lovely human. Everyone loves shopping, when there is a plenty of time at airport before departure. But it's not worth it when the customer service is at it's worst. I believe the lady working on todays date and time does not wants to be there at all. She was super rude to me when I just asked for a particular item.I guess Mimco could not find the right person for a job. There is a lot of people looking for a job with a good customer service experience.
